This is an extraordinary opportunity that allows us to combine several know-how technicians coming from many different fields, to serve a single shared purpose. This purpose is not only to provide a high quality service for our customers, but to be a solid reality that is able to respond to the whole variety of requests in the team building within the horses field. This will help in maintaining high standards of professionalism and attention to details.
Our multi years experience in the field guarantees high levels of technical and logistics support for any coaching and team building activity with horses.
As a matter of a fact, the locations of our partner centers are specifically chosen to meet the customer’s needs in terms of appeal within the area of intervention, territory of interest, standards of hospitality and accommodation to welcome our guests.
Furthermore, our technical support combined with a range of exciting exercises mediated and facilitated by our horses is the key to make an effective contribution the educational needs of the partner Training Institution. Pooling, general and specific goals in an equestrian key, we aim to give a consistent formative and experiential weight, obviously maintaining a high level of attention on safety aspects, planning and organizing the security details before the work sessions.
It is relatively simple to rely on any Equestrian Center to organize a team building initiative with horses. It is even easier to lean on a structure that does not know the peculiarity of the intervention. It’s important to understand that the risks might be around the corner: getting unsuitable horses or unsuitable activities that are separate from the project goals or possibly worse, potentially dangerous for the users.
Synergy with a partner with a solid background in team building with horses, capacity to provide the required support in a very short time are will guarantee the efficiency, safety and professionalism is necessary.
All of the above are not enough: it is fundamental not to forget basic aspects like time programming, planning and provision of the service. Most of times these aspects make the difference once the contacts with the potential customer have begun.
One cannot forget the importance of the evidence of the social value that a collaboration with our Association expresses: the income from the partnership with the Training Institution will support our non-profit statutory activities as well as hippo therapies for disabled people and Integrated Riding®. In those operations, the horse not only facilitates the development of fragile individuals transversal skills but also includes people at risk of marginalization.
This adds more value to the proposal and activates a virtuous circle of attention to the social world that attracts many companies particularly oriented to bring out their Social Corporate Responsibility.
