The various locations that we propose for our business retreats are all around Italy and have in common the characteristic to be deep in a unique, natural surrounding that combined with the presence of horses in collaboration become ideal places to get away from the distractions of busy life and to stay focused on the session program and its goals.
The proximity to strategic locations (such as artistic cities, small historic villages or valued landscape) makes our business retreats initiatives particularly unforgettable: it is possible to combine training activities with some relaxing moments (often evening or spare times between work sessions). Those moments make the stay more pleasant and improve the group cohesion as a whole team.
It is not unusual that, between a team building / training session with horses and the following one (or at the end of the day), our guests are accompanied to visit places of particular historical-artistic interest or to a typical restaurant to taste local dishes, wines or liqueurs.
Our guests often finds that it is incredibly relaxing and restoring to spend a day full of meetings with a break among horses or to walk in a rural setting away from the everyday life hustle and stress.

In order to plan better all the aspect of a business retreat, we usually work in close cooperation with the client-company that asks us to design an event for its managers and associates.
The debate and the introduction activity preceding the real realization of the event is critical, because it allows us to highlight all the retreat aspects in the smallest details: from the participants characteristics to the relational dynamics among them, the awareness levels they have in relation to the chosen themes of the business retreat, the main short/long-term goals.
